This is a waiver to protect both you, the customer, and our business. Please sign below so we can make your car shine

   I,  hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions before receiving any detailing services provided by KB Deluxe Detailing:   1. Vehicle Care:    I understand that KB Deluxe Detailing takes great care in providing detailing services for my vehicle. While KB Deluxe Detailing will exercise caution and professionalism in handling my vehicle and personal belongings, I acknowledge that the detailing process involves inherent risks and potential for unforeseen damages.  2. Photography Release:    I agree that KB Deluxe Detailing has the right to photograph the vehicle, including any personal items within the vehicle, before, during, and after the detailing service. I grant KB Deluxe Detailing the unrestricted right to use and publish these photographs for promotional and marketing purposes without any compensation to me.  3. Payment and Pricing:    I agree to pay the agreed-upon price for the detailing services rendered by KB Deluxe Detailing. Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.  4. Waiver of Liability:    I fully release and discharge KB Deluxe Detailing, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other loss arising from or in connection with the detailing services. I understand and acknowledge that KB Deluxe Detailing will not be held responsible or liable for any damages that may occur to my vehicle or personal belongings during the detailing service.  5. Indemnification:    I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KB Deluxe Detailing from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from or related to my use of the detailing services.  I have read and fully understand the terms of this waiver and voluntarily agree to its contents. I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice before signing this waiver.
